Mountain Bridal Session | Ashley & Trevor
These two have my heart. Seriously so cute! And seriously one of the coolest love stories ever.
“I’ve known Trev my whole life! Our dads were high school best friends and college roommates. The Knudson’s have always been really awesome family friends and I feel so incredibly best to call them my in laws now. Looking back at pictures from when Trev and I were little is so fun! We were always right next to each other and have the cutest grins. I can’t help but wonder if the little girl in those pictures knew that cute boy was going to be her forever? It wasn’t until we were both older – we had both served missions and were home going to school at BYU-I – when trevor asked me on a date. We went on a 4 wheeler ride and I was all sorts of heart eyes the whole time, and have only gotten worse since that day! Trevor is my person. He always has been!”
At their wedding they had two canvases printed of the two of them as little kids. Isn’t that the most precious thing ever? I am so glad that I was asked to be a part of this wedding. I had a blast working with them and getting to know Trevor’s family better. These two are a serious power couple with the families they come from.
This session was all sorts of sunny. We couldn’t seem to find shade anywhere, but I feel it matches their personality. Fun, bright, happy, and warm. Ashley’s dress is from Hart’s Tux and Gowns. It was beautiful and I loved her crystal belt. Kasey Marcum, the genius makeup artist, did her makeup. And we were able to head up to Swan Valley to get some of my favorite mountain background shoots. All in all, it was a recipe for a beautiful shoot.
