Sara & Trevor | Rexburg Temple Winter Wedding
I didn’t met Trevor and Sara until the day of their wedding due to car problems they had making the trip to Idaho. I was a bit nervous that I would start taking pictures of the wrong couple, but their large group of friends and family made sure to find me and let me know that they were coming out. The exit from the temple was full of excitment. One thing I noticed is that Trevor and Sara have a very simple, pure love that doesn’t need a lot of embellishments. Working with different couples this year, I’ve begun to see how love can be expressed in so many different, beautiful ways.
Trevor and Sara’s wedding day was very bright and COLD! We got through the family photos as fast as we could so they could warm up and then spent a little time around the temple. Sara wore her grandmother’s wedding dress and jewelry. It was beauitful lace long sleeved but defintely not warm. Sara was a trooper and I was amazed on how long she was willing to be out in the cold for her wedding photos. However, after a bit we needed to get her inside as she could feel her feet anymore in her gold peeptoe shoes. We got her in some boots and went a did a few more in a different location and was able to get them to their luncheon to meet with friends and family. Trevor was sweet the entire time, snuggling to try and keep his new bride as warm as possible.
I am grateful to have been part of Trevor and Sara’s big day. This will be the last wedding I do before my little boy comes at the end of the month! It was a bitter sweet.
Congratulations you two!
